Since / Guide

Repeat it from when you actually did it.

Some routines do not belong on a fixed calendar date. What matters is how long it has been since you last did them.

A simple example

Change bed sheets every two weeks. Mark the routine Done when you change them, and Since schedules the next date two weeks from that completion.

You choose the interval

Choose an interval in days, weeks or months. Reminders are optional. Open Since to see what’s due, what needs attention today and what can wait.

Fixed date or completion-based?

Use a fixed date when
the calendar date itself matters, such as a renewal or appointment.
Repeat from completion when
the useful gap begins when the job was actually done, such as changing a filter or completing a household routine.
